Thank you for shopping with GameTime Clothing! We are committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect when you place an order at gametimeclothing.com.

 

1.  Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, and a second email with your tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

-        Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day are typically processed that same day.

-        Weekend & Holiday Orders: Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, or on weekends/holidays, begin processing the next business day.

-        Peak Season Notice: During peak seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days. We will notify you by email if there is any delay.

 

Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. For example, if your order takes 2 business days to process and you chose Standard Shipping (5-7 business days), your total estimated wait is 7-9 business days from the order date.

Game Time Clothing ships to all 50 U.S. states and territories. We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery. The following rates and timeframes apply after your order has been processed:

Shipping timeframes are estimates provided by our carrier partners and are not guaranteed. Game Time Clothing is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, high shipping volume, or other circumstances outside our control.

 

3.  International Shipping

At this time, GameTime Clothing ships to select international destinations. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

 

-        Delivery Timeframe: International orders typically arrive within 7 to 21 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing.

-        Customs & Duties: Game Time Clothing is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.

-        Shipping Carrier: International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International or USPS Priority Mail International.

-        Tracking: Tracking is available for most international shipments, though updates may be limited once the package leaves the United States.

-        Refused Packages: If a package is refused or undeliverable due to unpaid duties or an incorrect address, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

4.  Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time. Please allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for the carrier's system to update.

 

-        How to Track: Visit USPS.com, UPS.com, or FedEx.com and enter your tracking number, or log into your Game Time Clothing account at gametimeclothing.com and view your order status under My Orders.

-        No Movement on Tracking: If your tracking number shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us at gametimeclothing247@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

 

5.  Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Game Time Clothing is not responsible for orders shipped to an address that was entered incorrectly.

 

-        Address Errors: If you realize your address is wrong immediately after ordering, email us at gametimeclothing247@gmail.com right away. We can correct it if the order has not yet been processed.

-        Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you and reship the order. Additional shipping charges may apply.

-        Delivered but Not Received: If the carrier confirms delivery but you did not receive your package, please first check with neighbors and building management, then contact us. We will work with the carrier to investigate.

 

6.  Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging every order. If something goes wrong, here is what to do:

 

-        Lost Packages: If your tracking has not updated in more than 7 business days, please contact us at gametimeclothing247@gmail.com. We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

-        Stolen Packages: Game Time Clothing is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported stolen. We strongly recommend having your package delivered to a secure location. You may file a claim with your local post office or police department.

-        Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the damaged item(s) and email the photos to gametimeclothing247@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

 

7.  Holiday Shipping Schedule

Game Time Clothing observes the following U.S. federal holidays. Orders will not be processed or shipped on these dates:

 

-         New Year's Day (January 1)

-         Memorial Day

-        Juneteenth (June 19)

-         Independence Day (July 4)

-         Labor Day

-         Thanksgiving Day

-         Christmas Day (December 25)

 

During the holiday season (November 15 through December 31), please allow an additional 1 to 3 business days for processing. We recommend ordering by December 18 for standard shipping to ensure Christmas delivery. Expedited shipping deadlines will be posted on our website each holiday season.

 

8.  Returns & Exchanges
